Welcome to the Bridge and Bayleaf Indian Restaurant & Bar

The Bridge and Bayleaf Indian restaurant, set in the rural village of Gunthorpe, Nottingham, on the banks of the River Trent, offers a truly unique dining experience. Situated at the site of the original Gunthorpe Toll Bridge the toll cottage was built in 1875 and has been lovingly restored to provide beautiful idyllic surroundings.

Our menu boasts the very best of authentic North Indian cuisine, alongside delicious house specialties, teamed with a carefully matched wine list, all designed to provide a truly gastronomic experience.

Following the challenging two years where as many of you know hospitality has been hit the hardest and longest as well as the future pressures of rising inflation and the cost of our raw materials etc, we have had to make the difficult decision to increase the prices of some of our dishes and packaging to ensure our financial viability.

We promise we will continue to make the authentic food you have come to love and enjoy and we will be working on a loyalty programme in the background which we hope to roll out later in the year to be able to give back to our customers.
